Try brainstorming directly on the matrix to generate ideas. Make sure everyone agrees on what "originality" and "ease of implementation" mean for your project. Sometimes teams struggle to be honest about 'ease', so push them to be realistic.

  1. Draw the matrix: A 2x2 grid with "Originality" (x-axis) and "Ease of Implementation" (y-axis). 2. Label quadrants: Now (Normal, Easy): Quick wins, easy but not original. How (Original, Difficult): Innovative, but hard to do right now. Wow (Original, Easy): Innovative and easy – top priority. 3. Plot ideas: Add ideas to the matrix. 4. Discuss and prioritize: Talk about placement. Focus on moving forward with "Wow" ideas.
