Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: September 2026
What you pay
Pro is billed monthly or yearly in USD, plus any applicable tax. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until it ends. Accounts that had the launch-week trial go straight to their discounted first year instead.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings, Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription, so cancel first.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first payment of any new subscription, monthly or yearly. Email hello@workshopr.io within those 14 days and we will refund it.
After the 14 days
Payments are not refunded for partial months or years, and there is no prorated refund for cancelling early. You keep the access you have already paid for.
Billing errors
Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full whenever they happened. Tell us and we will fix it.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
