Found a bug, error, or something that doesn't work correctly? We want to know about it so we can fix it.
Types of Issues to Report
- Bugs: Something isn't working as expected
- Broken links: Links that lead nowhere or to wrong pages
- Display issues: Pages not rendering correctly
- Content errors: Typos, incorrect information, missing content
- AI problems: AI assistant giving wrong or unhelpful responses
- Account issues: Problems with login, favorites, or settings
How to Report
Option 1: Contact Form (Recommended)
- Go to our Contact page
- Select "Report a Bug" as the topic
- Describe the issue in detail
- Include any error messages you saw
- Submit the form
Option 2: Email
Send an email to support@workshopr.io with:
- Subject line: "Bug Report: [brief description]"
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Steps to reproduce the issue
What to Include
Help us fix the issue faster by including:
- URL: The page where the issue occurred
- Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. and version
- Device: Desktop, mobile, tablet
- Steps: What you did before the issue appeared
- Screenshot: A picture of the error if possible
- Error message: Any text shown with the error
Example Report

Issue: When I click "Save to Favorites," nothing happens. No error message appears, but the heart icon doesn't change and the workshop isn't saved.
Steps: 1. Go to any workshop page 2. Click the heart icon 3. Nothing happens
Response Time
We aim to respond to bug reports within:
- Critical issues: 24 hours (site down, security issues)
- Major issues: 2-3 business days
- Minor issues: 1 week
Security Issues
If you discover a security vulnerability, please email us directly at security@workshopr.io rather than using the public contact form. We take security seriously and appreciate responsible disclosure.
