From Observation To Innovation Workshop

This workshop is part of the LUMA collection. It guides participants from observation to innovation. The goal is actionable innovation concepts. This workshop combines research methods with strategic thinking. It helps teams identify unmet needs. Participants learn to understand user contexts. They also develop solutions based on real insights. The workshop uses observation techniques to capture user behaviors. These observations are analyzed into strategic opportunities. Participants learn to understand motivations and map stakeholder ecosystems. They will generate solutions through ideation. This workshop is for cross-functional teams working on innovation, product development, or service design. Participants develop skills in observation, analytical thinking, and ideation. They will produce deliverables they can apply to their work.
