Remember to capture key insights and decisions. I've found that sometimes teams get bogged down in the details of the build. Remind them of the bigger picture.

  1. Introduce the challenge or problem.

  2. Provide a variety of building materials.

  3. Divide participants into small teams.

  4. Instruct teams to start building their models.

  5. Circulate and observe the building process.

  6. Ask teams to explain their design choices and rationale.

  7. Have each team share their creation with the larger group.

  8. Facilitate a discussion to extract key insights.

  9. Document the learnings and key takeaways.
