Show exchanges between actors: Information, money, goods/services, and influence. 5. Identify power dynamics. 6. Note external forces and trends. 7. Highlight critical dependencies. 8. Find gaps and opportunities. 9. Consider future ecosystem evolution. 10. Plan interventions strategically.
