Participants will create user scenarios that provide context-rich use cases and a foundation for design.
Base scenarios on user research. Include emotional and contextual details. Keep scenarios specific and focus on user value. Include both successful and problematic scenarios. Test scenarios with real users. Use scenarios actively in the design process. Update scenarios with new insights. I've found that even seemingly 'failed' scenarios can highlight crucial pain points.
