Pro is $11.99/month, or $9.59/month when billed annually ($115.10/year — a 20% discount). Early adopters who sign up before June 1, 2026 get an extra 20% off their first year, whether they choose monthly or annual. You can always stay on the free tier with limited features, or cancel your Pro subscription anytime.

Team collaboration is coming soon. You will be able to invite team members to share collections, collaborate on workshop planning, and build a shared library. Team features will be part of a separate Team plan when we launch teams.

Pro users can export workshop agendas to PDF (great for printing or sharing), Word documents (for editing), and Markdown (for documentation or wikis). All exports include the full agenda, timing, and facilitation instructions.

No credit card required during our beta period.

Absolutely. There's nothing to cancel during beta since it's free. When paid plans launch, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Your favorites, notes, and collections will always be accessible.
