Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. List all your key assumptions about users, the market, and your solution. (20 min)

  2. Prioritize these assumptions by how risky and important they are. (15 min)

  3. Design simple tests for the top three assumptions. (30 min)

  4. Plan your testing timeline and define what success looks like. (15 min)

  5. Share your testing plan with everyone involved. (10 min)
